Client

Nature’s Finest is a global children’s content developer focused on educational and creative apps that inspire imagination and learning through play. The company wanted to expand its collection of child-friendly mobile games with a colorful and interactive cooking simulation that helps kids explore creativity while learning basic processes like mixing, matching, and crafting.

Approach

Five Talents partnered with Nature’s Finest to design and develop Baby Panda’s Sweet Shop, a vibrant cooking simulation game that’s both fun and educational. Our goal was to create a safe, visually engaging environment where children can experiment freely while developing coordination and decision-making skills.

We focused on:

  • Playful and intuitive design that helps children navigate without reading skills.
  • Interactive gameplay mechanics including ingredient selection, mixing, and molding.
  • Bright, cheerful animations and friendly sound effects to keep engagement high.
  • Safe digital experience with strict privacy and data protection compliance.

Process

  1. Concept & Storyboarding — Collaborated with the client to define the game flow, visuals, and learning goals.
  2. UI/UX Design — Built an intuitive drag-and-drop interface suitable for ages 3–7.
  3. Development — Created the app using Unity for cross-platform performance with responsive touch controls and smooth animations.
  4. Audio & Visuals — Added joyful music, friendly voice prompts, and colorful visual effects to create an immersive experience.
  5. Testing & Parental Controls — Conducted extensive usability testing with children to ensure safety, clarity, and engagement.

Result
